Coins are packed and dispatched. Digital gold is allocated to you in custody. Either way you get a GST invoice.
Hold your gold for as long as you like. Sell eligible digital gold back at our disclosed rate, paid to your bank.

Sell-back
Sell eligible digital gold back to SMG at the buyback rate on the day, and receive the money in your verified bank account. The buyback rate is always shown next to the purchase rate.

About the appA gold coin is physical gold delivered to you, priced with a making charge. Digital gold is physical gold held in custody on your behalf, with no making charge, which you can buy in small amounts and sell back to us.
No. You are buying gold from SMG. It earns no interest, carries no guaranteed return and is not insured by the DICGC. Its value moves with gold prices.
Like every gold dealer, we buy back at a lower rate than we sell. That difference covers sourcing, custody and running costs. GST paid at purchase is also not returned on sell-back.
If we can't allocate digital gold or fulfil a coin order after you've paid, the order is cancelled and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
